Our gym has 1,500 square feet of workout area that features top-of-the-line equipment, including cardio machines, commercial weight machines, free weights, and more. We are focused on maintaining a safe and clean environment for all our clients. From our air purification system to our cleaning regimen, we ensure that equipment is properly inspected and disinfected so that you can focus on your workout without having to worry about anything else.

Ryan Switon is a highly experienced personal trainer who has worked in a variety of health clubs and private studios for over 8 years. He has successfully trained people of all ages and backgrounds- helping them recover from surgery, lose weight, and gain strength. Ryan's goal is to assist individuals in achieving their objectives, no matter what they are. He believes that if someone is committed to their personal fitness, they can accomplish their goals.
Ryan graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a Bachelor of Science Degree. During his college years, he fell in love with bodybuilding and trained hard to achieve personal success. From 2010 to 2015, Ryan competed successfully in a number of bodybuilding and physique competitions, earning 4 top-five placings. Ryan’s passion for fitness truly extends in the gym and beyond and his combination of personal experience and education provides him with a unique understanding of what it takes to achieve success.
Ryan not only knows how to help others achieve their health and fitness goals, but he also makes it a point to keep learning and advancing himself through education and licensing programs. He holds certifications for personal training from the American College of Sports Medicine (2013) as well as the NCCPT (2015). Additionally, Ryan is a TRX Suspension Training Certified Coach (2020).
